Stonewall ADR’s panelists mediate and arbitrate gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender issues in the following areas:

• Child custody
• Divorce matters
• Hospital rights
• Property disputes
• Deeds and wills
• Employment discrimination
• Victim/offender hate crime reconciliation
• And other issues that pertain to the lives of the queer community, in which mediation, arbitration or conflict resolution is needed.
